Cover II Cover Book Club

CoverIICover BookClub was organized in 2007 by Boynton native Rachel Robinson with only 8 members.  Today we have grown to 22 with a potential of 40 with the members that have joined us via Facebook. We meet every 6 to 8 weeks to discuss the latest novel we would have completed and our next book is then chosen at that meeting. Our meetings are held either in Lake Worth at my home or we often ask if there is a member in the club that would like to host the next meeting at their residence. We also go out on social outings such as dinner to discuss our current readings.

Our Motto is that of "Good Reading Shared among Good Friends"

“History shows that it does not matter who is in power or what revolutionary forces take over the government, those who have not learned to do for themselves and have to depend solely on others never obtain any more rights or privileges in the end than they had in the beginning.”
Carter G. Woodson, The Mis-Education of the Negro
